Cruz, Bay, Paete, Magdalena, at San Pablo.

Laguna police spokesperson Major Jojo Sabeniano said that they have not received reports on election-related violence as of 6:00PM today.

To ensure security in the voting precincts, officers deployed were required to be the last man out upon the closing of the precincts.

Last man po silang aalis sa school, na secured na po na wala na pong mga teachers doon at na-transfer na po lahat sa iba’t ibang mga municipalities at cities, tsaka lang po silang makakaalis and they will report to their respective police stations for debriefing and accounting of personnel,” says Police Major Sabeniano.

The police had undergone preparations to ensure a smooth election. They were also reminded to eat enough food and have enough hours of sleep the night before.

Sabeniano said liquor ban ends at 12:00AM, while gun ban will take effect until June this year.
